MODULAR HOMES
These are homes that are not mobile, but are factory built and placed on a permanent foundation and tied to the property and utilities.
General Overview
-
Material
We generally finish these modular homes with 1/2" drywall with water proof laminate flooring. All windows are double pane and can be insulated with spray foam insulation.
-
Warranty
12 Month Warranty on all mechanical, but do not cover frozen pipes.
30 Day Warranty on finished trim, cabinets, and flooring.
-
Turn Around Time
We are usually 4 months out on our these homes unless there is one in stock, but it only takes about 3-4 weeks to build. Depending on the complexity of the job, a studio can be done sooner within a week than the larger homes.

Exterior
The exterior can be the same metal exterior, but painted to show the unique and rustic look of the traditional container. The exterior can be finished with wood, metal, or composite siding if needed.

Kitchen
A wide range of kitchens can be designed for these homes ranging from a full size kitchen to a minimal kitchen with a simple sink and 2 burner stove.

Bath
The bathroom can range from a simple 24"x24" shower stall with a toilet, or we can open up the bathroom to be much larger with double sink vanity with 60" walk in shower with toilet.

Mechanical
The utility hookups can range from full off grid electric system with solar, or we can addon propane with RV hookups or we can tie the house directly to the city.

Install
Park Model homes are generally stay mounted on a trailer, but you can level them out with scissor jacks with skirting wrapped around it to make it more permanent. The great thing about park model homes is that they are still technically mobile so you may not have to pull permits if you keep it mobile.

STUDIO MODULAR HOME
Just as what we have done with our modular or shipping container homes, we can offer a studio model that can be wide open with a minimal kitchen and bath that can be 8' wide to 14' wide.
-
10' Wide Homes
The most popular width of a modular home is to be 10' wide which does not require a pilot truck and can be towed just about anywhere with larger living space than the traditional 8' wide home.
-
14' Wide Homes
The maximum width we can pull a modular home is 14' wide because we due ship all over the united states, 14' is the the widest universal width that works for our drivers to ship these all over.
